The guy in the pictures is the guy behind the "Hell" thing. I think his name is Willie Farrington. A native Cayman Islander and former merchant marine, he's now a millionaire.

I went to Hell! there is actually a tiny town here called "Hell". There's nothing here but a gift shop, post office, and a gas station.
